Paulina Rubio Dosamantes was born in June 17, 1971 in Mexico City. She is 31 years old. Paulina is 5 feet 4 inches. Her favorite food is steak, rice and fried eggs. She is a famous singer and actress and now called a Border Girl. She started her carrier when she was nine years old in 1980. She debuted with a music group called Timbiriche. She recorded about 10 cassettes. When she was in that group an also when she separated from Timbiriche she made some s second Sop operas.
Paulina’s first novela was as a villain in “Pasion y Poder� in 1988. In 1990 “Baila Conmigo� in 1994 in her debut in a movie called “Besame en la Boca� and in 1995 in “Pobre Niña Rica�, in 1990 she separated from Timbiriche and She became a became solo, where she made six cd’s until this point. In 1992 she made her first cd called “La chica dorada.� In 1993 “24 kilates.� In 1995 “El tiempo es oro.� In 1996 “Planeta Paulina.� In the 2000 “Paulina.� This cd was a nominee to the 2nd Annual Latin Grammy Awards, and in 2002 “Border Girl.� This cd is her first cd in English and her step to the American market. With this first cd in English she got to be in the Billboard list with her # 1 smash hit “Don’t say goodbye/ Si tu te vas.�
She is not married, but she has a boyfriend who is Ricardo Bofill. They have been together for the last 8 years. Ricardo Bofill is an Arquitect. She doesn’t have any children. Her mother’s name is Susana Dosamantes a famous Mexican actress, and her father is Enrique Rubio. Her hobbies are water sports. She is Catholic. Her favorite music is pop, baladas, and techno.
